‘Creepers’ is Bret's newest book.  In the Deep South, terror grips the tiny community of Lusaoka Mississippi. Deep in the heart of the Homochitto National Forest, people and animals are disappearing without rhyme or reason. In the oppressive heat of summer, someone or something is stalking the woods, searching for another victim.  As a heartless killer creeps into homes in the dead of night, and carries away the unsuspecting, a lowly deputy, a student, and a preacher unravel a mystery that will change them forever. The residents of this community soon find they have more to fear than the color of someone's skin, or old hatreds never forgotten. They soon find that true terror is indiscriminate and knows no boundaries.
